It is a sheathed heater that has the spiral heat generator placed inside the metal tube with the void filled with the optimally heat-conductive insulator (Mgo).
It is bendable, weldable, and highly heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Sections are divided into rectangular, square, and round ones.
Strengths of Bendable Sheathed Heaters
Indicated for square sections. Compared with a round section, a square section can better bind to the item to be heated and enables easier transmission of thermal energy accordingly.
With the bending workmanship, products of various shapes can be manufactured and it saves room.
Although a micro heater is very thin, it can accommodate an entangled heating wire and hence has very high thermal efficiency.
The types with leads are to be produced upon request.
Sections can be rectangular, square, or round.
Heaters of various outside diameters can be manufactured (an ultra-fine heater is also referred to as a micro heater).
