A bendable sheathed heater features the insertion of a heating coil into the center of a metal tube to form a heater with a straight tubular structure. Magnesium oxide powder fills between the metal tube and the heating coil. It differs from a cartridge heater in that the bendable heater can be bent more flexibly to facilitate processing, and a different section (rectangular/square/round) can be chosen that is reflective of the different settings and items to be heated. It effectively enhances thermal efficiency and further improves energy utilization efficiency. A micro-size option is available, too. (Known as a micro-heater on the market)
A cartridge heater appears to be a straight cylinder with a two-core outlet on one side. Its strength lies in its length and flexibility. The unique JIADA technology allows the division of the circuit into 2-3 sections to accomplish single-section/multi-section/uneven wire deployment, and there are multiple extended customized options available. All JIADA products have gone through static insulation, voltage tolerance, and resistor impedance testing with professional instruments and are released only when a safe and steady test value is reached. Engineers periodically apply dynamic high-temp destruction to the interiors of products throughout a process controlled at a high temperature over an extended period of time and keep products fully loaded for a certain period of time before performing insulation, voltage tolerance, and resistance testing. Stability data of heat-tolerating elements and heat-generating elements inside the heater are obtained accordingly to serve as important bases for the Company in the production of heaters.
