GotopTubular heater
Overview:The origin of all sheathed heaters widely applied in respective fields.
Features:It is a sheathed heater with a heat generator whose heating wire appears to be spiral-inserted into the metal casing. It is widely applied in respective fields such as home appliances and manufacturing sites. It is the basis for the source of heat and hence referred to as the pioneer for tubular heaters.
Flange heater (cast heater)

Features:Sheathed heater with the tubular heater in aluminum, iron, or brass casings, taking advantage of the pouring approach. Tolerant of vibration, impacts, and inferior use conditions, it is suitable for occasions where even heating of specific surfaces is needed for all kinds of processing machines. It is particularly advantageous on occasions requiring highly precise temperature distribution, such as plastic products and synthetic fiber.
Aluminum nitride heater
Overview:A high-performance heating element made of primarily aluminum nitride and ceramics that can provide durable and steady heating results under high temperatures.
Features:Given its unique material, it performs outstandingly under high temperatures. It can withstand temperatures up to several thousand Celsius degrees and has optimal heat conductivity to help with even heating of its surface for enhanced heating efficiency.
